Angel Hair Pasta with Tomato and Basil

You will need:

Angel Hair pasta
2 or 3 cloves of garlic
3 or 4 roma tomatoes
Fresh basil
lemon juice
olive oil
white wine
grated parmesan (fresh is best)
A skillet
A saucepan
Something to stir with

Warning - this cooks really, really fast. Once you start, it's going to be all over in a matter of minutes. Trust me when I tell you to do all the slicing, chopping, and snipping before you light the fire.

Put some water in the saucepan and set it on to boil. Dice the tomatoes. Slice or snip the basil. Peel and slice the garlic.

Pour a little olive oil into the skillet and put the heat on medium. Toss the angel hair pasta into the saucepan.

Add the garlic to the skillet. Stir it until it's just starting to turn soft this will take about a minute, so pay attention. Burnt garlic smells REALLY bad. Pour in a couple of glugs of wine. When it starts to bubble, add the tomatoes, a squeeze of lemon juice, and the basil. Stir just until the tomatoes are warmed. Drain the pasta and dump it into a bowl. Dump everything in the skillet on top of the pasta. Toss and add a little grated parmesan.

Eat it right out of the bowl. You don't have to share if you don't want to.
