Gather up this stuff:

1 pkg skinnless boneless chicken (I like breasts, my husband likes thighs)
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 small carton sour cream
Rice (however much feeds your family)
Frying pan
Medium sized mixing bowl

OK, this one is a no-brainer, but since this is supposed to be a cooking page I'll actually write down the instructions.

Put the chicken in the pan, turn the fire on (if you have an electric range I don't wanna hear about it, 'k?). Cook the rice. Turn the chicken. Dump everything else into the bowl and mix together. Pour it over the chicken. Heat it up. Eat it over the rice.

Or, if you've had a hard day, just dump the rice into a baking dish, add the chicken, dump the rest of it in for good measure and bake it. It takes longer to cook, but you get to go sit down, have a glass of wine, and watch trash tv instead of standing there stirring.
