The Best Grilled Veggies

You will need:

Zuchinni
Yellow Squash
Bell Pepper (Green, Red, and Yellow)
Mushrooms
Cherry Tomatoes
A few sprigs of Rosemary
Olive Oil
Basalmic Vinegar
A Grill (duh)
A big bowl
Something you can put the veggies in to grill them, like a grilling basket or wok

Slice the zuchinni and yellow squash into 1/2 inch slices. Cut the bell peppers into chunks. Make sure you throw out the stems and middle part with all the seeds. If the mushrooms are unusually large, cut them in half. Next time buy smaller mushrooms and save yourself a step.

Dump the vegetables and the rosemary into a really big bowl.Pour on some olive oil and basalmic vinegar. Mix it all so the vegetables are well coated.

Transfer the vegetables into the grilling basket or wok (and why in the world it's called a wok I don't have a clue, since it's square and full of holes). Here's an important tip: Don't do this until you are outside. Trust me on this one.

Put the basket or wok on the grill until the vegetables are tender. This takes much less time if there is a fire in the grill.

Serve hot or cold.
