Let me say right up front I don't particularly like spinach. But I like this. You will, too.

You will need:

Bunch of fresh spinach
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Garlic, fresh or in a jar already chopped up
Feta cheese
Olive oil
A pan

You've probably already guessed what happens next, but I'm going to tell you anyway.

Rinse and drain the spinach. It always has sand in it. I have no idea why, since it's not like they gather the stuff off the beach.

If you're using fresh garlic, chop it up. A clove should do it. Two if they're small. If your mushrooms aren't already sliced, slice them.

Heat some olive oil in the pan. Add the mushrooms and stir till they start to sweat. Add the garlic and stir some more. When the garlic and mushrooms look a little soft, add the spinach and stir until it's all wilty.

Serve sprinkled with feta.
