This makes a lot. You can half it if you're not throwing a barbeque.
You will need:
Rice. About four cups, cooked
Texas. Just kidding
2 cups sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
2 small cans chopped green chiles
Grated cheddar cheese (sharp is good)
Paprika to sprinkle on top if you want to get all fancy shmancy with the presentation
A largish baking dish
OK, I could make this sound all professional, but the truth is you just dump everything together, mix it up really well, smush it into the baking dish, and bake uncovered at 375 for about 25 minutes. So sue me.
